Shipping

Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Shipment is done by the registered service of a Turkish Cargo company, Aras Cargo, which co-operates with DHL worldwide. Please check your address and contact number that you supplied at check-out. We are not responsible for any delay or lost item if there is an error in your contact information. The estimated delivery times are listed below.

Asia Pacific: 4 - 6 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4 - 6 business days

Latin America and the Caribbean: 4 - 6 business days

Packaging/Gift Wrap

The items will be sent in beautifully packaged craft boxes/packages. Please let us know, if you want a gift wrap or write a note for you, we would love to do!

Lost/Damaged Packages:

Please contact us and send photos of the product upon receipt if there is any damage in the product as soon as you received the item. After a short investigation, you will get full refund or replacement.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellation:

We are hoping that you would love your items. For any reason, if you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is cancelled before shipment, we will be happy to reply your cancellation demand and make a full refund. Unfortunately, we can not fulfil your cancellation request, if your order is already on its way.

Refund:

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please send us an email regarding your return request to track your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Shipment: 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of  shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service for the return shipment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ahenque.com.

Customs Fees/Taxes

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs charges, taxes and any other fees that may be incurred or delays at buyers country custom.
